Supervisor Production

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in

Industrial Engineering , Food Technology, Agricultural Product Technology, Biotechnology, or related field.

Minimum

2 years of working experience

in supervisor production.

Preferred

candidates with prior experience in the

wine industry

or fermented beverages.

Strong organizational and communication skills to lead and manage a small team.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Willing to be based in

Tabanan, Bali, Indonesia .

Proactive, disciplined, and detail-oriented personality.

Key Responsibilities

Apply and enforce work instructions at each stage of the winemaking process.

Record and manage production data in the traceability system.

Ensure compliance with good winemaking practices, hygiene, and safety rules.

Learn and operate production machinery such as pumps, filters, etc.

Support and follow new R&D projects related to wines and other products.

Collaborate effectively with other departments in the winery.
