Sales Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Semarang for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will handle daily tasks such as building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, conducting product presentations, and providing training to clients. The role also includes tracking sales metrics and collaborating with team members to meet sales targets. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needsExperience in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving or exceeding targetsAbility to lead and conduct Training sessions for customers and team members on product use and featuresExceptional organizational skills and target-driven mindsetProficiency in relevant software or CRM tools is an advantagePrevious experience in a similar role or industry is preferred
