Supervisor HRD (Property)

Responsibilities

Build and develop HR team, system, and tools.

Monitor and manage the implementation of HRD function including recruitment & organization development process, compensation & benefit, general affairs and payroll.

Ensure the entire process of employee performance appraisal, promotion, mutation, and termination.

Handle employee & industrial relation related issues independently.

Conduct counseling for high motivating the employee to achieve company target.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Law or equivalent.

Preferably manager/assistant manager specialized in palm oil company.

Having minimum 5 years experience as HR & GA Manager in palm oil company.

Mature, Flexible, and also good in human relation skill.

Skills: interview & selection, labor & industrial relations, negotiation skill.

Willing to be placed in all company affiliates.
