Job Summary

As a Lead within Traveloka’s Technology Product Management function, you’ll play a pivotal role in the Accommodation domain’s Accom Product team, leveraging the team’s user-centric and business-aligned approach to advance product operations. Your work will bridge strategic product planning and on-the-ground execution, ensuring the team’s mission to deliver seamless travel experiences is supported by robust operational frameworks.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute operational strategies tailored to the Accom Product (Accommodation domain) to implement product plans and achieve key product objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Product, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, and Market Management) to oversee end-to-end product development and service delivery processes Manage product-related feedback specific to accommodation offerings, analyzing insights to drive ongoing development and refinement of Accom Product features Drive continuous improvement of the product development process for the Accom Product team, identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions Execute and perform operational processes related to Accom Product service delivery, maintaining high-accuracy SLAs amidst growing volumes and demand Onboard new partnerships for the Accommodation domain and develop, implement, and refine Standard Operational Procedures across cross-functional teams Troubleshoot and resolve complex cases arising in Accom Product operational processes to ensure uninterrupted service delivery Turn Accom Product user data into actionable insights to inform product decisions, explaining trends, growth opportunities, and data caveats for stakeholders Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of Accom Product operational procedures and best practices to facilitate team knowledge sharing Navigate changes in Accom Product tooling and offerings, leading efforts to ensure efficient service delivery remains a top priority

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant STEM fields (Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, IT, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering Science) from a reputable university Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a product management or product operations role Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data (including Accom Product user data) to drive strategic decision-making Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple Accom Product initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
