Marketing Support Staff

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy coordinating across departments? We are looking for a Marketing Support Staff to ensure smooth sales operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Receive, create, and send price offers to customers

Handle orders received from customers and/or sales team

Monitor and follow up on back orders

Create OS Revision forms, goods withdrawals, returns, credit memos, and related documents

Register and report new customers

Coordinate purchase orders (PO) from customers/sales and forward them to finance

Coordinate delivery schedules with marketing, logistics, and drivers

Prepare and provide stock availability information

You will play a key role in connecting sales, finance, and logistics to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Education

Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor Degree (S1)

Majoring in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Qualifications

Having similar work experience is preferred

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Detail-oriented and organized

Strong communication and coordination skills
