Job Summary We are seeking an experienced

Legal Manager

to oversee legal operations across our

holding company and subsidiaries

in the

property, retail, and manufacturing industries . This role will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, managing corporate legal matters, handling intellectual property rights (HAKI), and providing strategic legal support to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage

legal requirements

for both new and existing business entities within the holding company.

Handle the

registration, protection, and management

of

trademarks and intellectual property rights (HAKI) .

Facilitate and coordinate

company legalization processes

with

notaries, government authorities, and third parties .

Represent the company in

legal proceedings, negotiations, and dispute resolution .

Act as an

internal legal advisor , providing guidance on

compliance, litigation, partnerships, and real estate matters .

Ensure the company’s full

regulatory compliance

with

Indonesian laws and industry regulations .

Provide legal support for

employment agreements, company policies, and dispute resolution .

Review and draft agreements related to

land acquisitions, sales, and leases , ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Collaborate with

cross-functional teams

to address legal concerns and mitigate risks.

Monitor changes in

laws and regulations

impacting the company and its subsidiaries.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law , with a valid license to practice in Indonesia.

Minimum

4-5 years of experience

in

corporate law, litigation, and regulatory compliance .

Strong expertise in

HAKI, land law, labor law, corporate governance, and contract law .

Excellent

analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills .

Ability to work effectively with

internal teams and external legal consultants .

Willing to work from the office

and engage in direct coordination with relevant stakeholders.
