About Us Blubridge Center is dedicated to creating a nurturing and empowering environment for children with developmental disabilities. We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) / Verbal Behavior Therapy; which have been widely researched and proven scientifically to be effective in helping children reach their full potential. Our mission is to help these children thrive and effectively participate in the community. With the upcoming launch of our third center in Surabaya, we are also excited to expand our services across Indonesia.

Responsibilities: Respond to all client inquiries and complaints professionally and in a timely manner. Explain programs and therapy services to prospective clients and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into confirmed enrollments. Schedule consultations, assessments, and therapy sessions according to client needs. Summarize cases and coordinate with psychologists regarding recommended interventions. Ensure all client documents and data are accurately recorded and well-organized. Regularly update company KPIs related to client metrics in the Blum application. Collaborate with branch Customer Relations Officer and provide support when needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Other majors with relevant experience are welcome to apply. Proficient in Google Workspace and general administrative tools Able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Passionate about supporting children with special needs. Experience in sales, telemarketing, or client acquisition is a plus.
