About The Role This position is responsible for providing administrative support to colleagues in the Talent & Culture (HR) function to ensure timely and accurate delivery of Talent & Culture initiatives and projects.

Your Skills & Experiences Bachelor or Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality Management/Human Resources Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar capacity with proven track records in international hotel chains in Indonesia Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal Strong leadership, team player, attention to detail in quality with good communications skills, service oriented, energetic Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively, open minded.
