Qualifications

Bachelor's degree majoring in K3, Safety, or Engineering.

Certified in K3 Umum from Disnaker.

Familiar with safety procedures, risk assessment, business contingency plans, etc.

Experience organizing and managing events and developing programs/activities.

Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 (OHS Management System) or experience as an auditor.

Strong multidisciplinary skills, analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving.

Good Microsoft Office skills and basic design.

Good communication skills in English (written & spoken); proficiency in Japanese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage and organize safety matters, including safety education for TTI and group companies (advisor, auditor, etc.).

Manage and organize Kaizen activities in TTI and Kaizen contests for group companies.

Manage and organize BCM/BCP activities, including education, drill, and emergency response.

Monitor and manage carbon neutral activities.

Monitor and manage 5S activities.
