Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious
Junior Sales & Business Development Executive
to support the growth of our
SAP consulting and AI-driven solutions
portfolio. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in enterprise technology sales, client engagement, and digital transformation services.
You will work closely with senior sales leaders, consultants, and delivery teams to identify new business opportunities, engage prospects, and support the end-to-end sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential customers for
SAP services
and
AI/ML solutions
Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers
Generate leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and events
Maintain and update leads in company reporting format
Business Development Support
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and pricing documents
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to understand client requirements
Support partner and alliance initiatives with SAP and AI ecosystem partners
Track sales pipeline, opportunities, and follow-ups
Client Engagement
Participate in introductory calls, demos, and meetings with prospects
Understand customer pain points and map them to SAP and AI solutions
Build long‑term relationships with prospects and existing clients
Market & Product Knowledge
Develop a strong understanding of SAP solutions and AI service offerings
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
Support go‑to‑market initiatives for new SAP or AI offerings
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education : Open
Skills :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding or strong interest in
enterprise software, SAP, and AI technologies
Willingness to learn consultative and solution‑based selling
Good research, presentation, and documentation skills
Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented and enthusiastic
Technical / Domain Knowledge (Good to Have) :
Basic knowledge of SAP modules or ERP concepts
Awareness of AI/ML, data analytics, automation, or cloud technologies
