Demand, Supply & Inventory Control

Key Responsibilities: Analyze sales trends and create accurate weekly RMPM (Raw Material & Packaging Material) orders for over 100 outlets.

Monitor and manage the demand planning process to ensure supply availability and alignment with forecast needs.

Collaborate closely with the Logistics team for effective supply planning.

Coordinate with Production Planning, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure alignment between production capacity, sales forecasts, and inventory levels (Ensure proper stock levels at all outlets to avoid stock-outs or overstock situations).

Identify demand risks and opportunities, and proactively recommend actions.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Demand Planning, preferably within the F&B industry.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, forecasting functions, etc.).

Strong analytical skills in forecasting, supply-demand planning, and usage trend analysis.

Solid understanding of supply chain principles and inventory management best practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
