Requirements Minimum Diploma Degree in Hospitality Management or Equivalent Experienced in the same field for a minimum of 2 years in the same position Sales Background is preferred Strong leadership and management skills to oversee staff and operations effectively Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and other stakeholders Financial management skills to handle budgets, revenue, and expenses Customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and address complaints Problem-solving abilities to handle issues that arise in the hotel Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices Familiar with VHP Familiar with the geography of Jakarta and the Tangerang areas (preferred) Fluent in English
