Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Central Jakarta. The Support Content Designer will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing support content to meet user needs effectively. Day-to-day tasks include designing customer-centric support materials, developing content strategies, conducting research, and managing content across multiple platforms. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the Support Content Designer will ensure clear, consistent, and helpful communication across all customer touchpoints.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Content Design, with the ability to create user-focused, easy-to-understand support materials
Strong skills in Content Strategy and Content Management
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in conducting user-centric Research to inform content creation
Attention to detail and consistency in content creation
Experience with tools or platforms relevant to content management
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is preferred
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
