We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Partnerships Coordinator to support the planning and execution of our global motorsports partnership, with a strong focus on local market activation and localisation. This role will work closely with the Head of Partnerships and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of partnership entitlements, creative assets, and on-ground activations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about motorsports and global brand storytelling.
Responsibilities:
Partnership Coordination
Support the Head of Partnerships in the day-to-day management of partnership activations and campaigns, including planning, timelines, and deliverables.
Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure all activities align with BingX’s brand identity.
Campaign & Event Support
Assist in the planning and execution of event activations, hospitality experiences, and content production.
Support the preparation of campaign briefs, recap decks, and performance reports.
Help manage production timelines and logistics for creative and event materials.
Localisation & Amplification
Work with regional marketing teams to adapt global campaign assets for local audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
Coordinate with local agencies and partners to amplify partnership campaigns through digital, social, and offline channels.
Track local performance metrics and gather insights to improve future campaign localisation efforts.
Internal Collaboration & Communication
Work cross-functionally with creative, social, PR, events, local market teams to ensure campaign alignment.
Maintain clear communication with the Head of Partnerships and provide timely updates on progress.
Support post-campaign reporting and analysis to evaluate impact and learning.
About you:
4-5 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or events coordination (sports or brand marketing experience preferred).
Bilingualism is highly advantageous.
Understanding of how to adapt and localise global campaigns for regional markets.
Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills; able to develop and manage relationships with cross-functional teams.
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
Familiarity with the cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
