Job Description:1. Formulate training plans and improve the training system according to the company's development strategy2. Establish a complete performance appraisal system, organize and implement performance appraisal work, and ensure accuracy3. Track and implement employee transfers and manage filing documentation4. Comply with labor regulations, handle employee relations, labor disputes, and arbitration disputes5.
