About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic e-commerce and brand team at SCI Ecommerce. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and on-brand designs across a variety of digital and print platforms to support our growing e-commerce business and brand initiatives. This role is based in our Setiabudi, Jakarta office. What you'll be doing

Excellent English speaker - present design visual, concept and directions (MUST HAVE) Design engaging and cohesive visual assets for our e-commerce website, social media channels, digital marketing campaigns, and product packaging Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns that align with our brand identity and drive customer engagement Maintain brand consistency and visual standards across all touch points Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to continuously improve our visual aesthetic Provide art direction and guidance to junior designers to ensure high-quality outputs Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with a high attention to detail What we're looking for

At least 5 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in branding, digital design, and e-commerce visual assets Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software Strong eye for typography, colour, layout, and composition Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and take creative direction Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously A keen interest in the latest design trends and a passion for creating visually stunning, user-friendly designs Easy to work with - not the rigid personality, funny and good sense of humor and creative What we offer
