Experience teaching or coordinating Edexcel curriculum (IGCSE/A-Level)

Core Responsibilities

Prepare agendas, minutes, reports

Coordinate teacher observations & PD sessions

Handle parent/teacher communication & complaints

Track curriculum coverage & assessment data

Support head with admin tasks & documentation

Organize events (debates, spelling bees, literacy week)
