What You’ll Do

Chat with customers and solve their questions in marketplace with care.

Handle basic technical issues (we provide scripts!).

Escalate important matters when needed.

Hit performance goals (we’ll help you get there!).

Be part of an international, supportive and high-energy team.

Handle Live Chat Customer Service tasks.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum D3 or Bachelor’s degree in any field (GPA ≥ 2.75).

Strong English skills (written & spoken) – tested in recruitment.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts.

Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Able to type 50+ words per minute is a plus.

Fast learner, independent, and ready to work.

Available to start in September 2025.
