Sales & Marketing Executive

PT M+R Forwarding Indonesia, part of a strong international logistics network, is expanding. We are looking for ambitious, target-driven Sales professionals who know how to open doors, win accounts, and generate real revenue in the freight forwarding industry. If you already understand air & sea freight, know how to penetrate the market, and are hungry for performance-based income — this role is built for you. Your Mission:

Hunt and secure new business (freehand & direct customers) Build and aggressively expand your client portfolio Convert prospects into long‑term revenue streams Drive GP growth and consistently exceed sales targets Develop and execute market penetration strategies Lead commercial negotiations and close profitable deals Work closely with Operations to ensure flawless service execution Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and report performance to Management This is a performance‑driven role. Results matter. What We Expect From You:

Minimum 4 years experience in freight forwarding (mandatory) Strong knowledge of international shipping (import/export, air & sea freight) Proven ability to close deals and generate GP Existing client base is a strong advantage Excellent negotiation and presentation skills Fluent in Indonesian & English (additional languages are a plus) Highly self‑motivated, competitive, and resilient We are not looking for passive sales profiles.
