We’re looking for an Audit Manager who can ensure our processes are accurate, transparent, and compliant while helping us continuously improve how we operate. This isn’t just about finding mistakes — it’s about building systems that make Rocketindo stronger, more efficient, and IPO-ready.

What You’ll Do:Conduct regular internal audits across financial, operational, and compliance areasReview financial records, business processes, and systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and complianceAssess risks, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to strengthen internal controlsSupport the Finance Manager in preparing for external audits and IPO readinessDocument findings and prepare clear audit reports with actionable recommendationsCollaborate with finance, operations, legal, and other departments to ensure compliance with company policiesMonitor the implementation of corrective actions and improvements post-auditIdentify risks, control gaps, and inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to managementPresent findings and actionable recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:Audit Experience2–4 years in internal audit, external audit, or compliance (experience with Big 4 firms is a plus)Clear CommunicatorExcellent written and spoken English is a must; trilingual ability in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plusStrong Financial KnowledgeSolid understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and regulatory requirementsAnalytical & Detail-OrientedAble to spot inconsistencies, dig deeper into data, and assess root causesIntegrity & ProfessionalismTrusted to handle sensitive information with discretionIPO Experience (Bonus)Exposure to preparing companies for IPO processes is a strong advantage
