UI/UX Designer As a Senior UI/UX Designer at MadeIndonesia, you will play a key role in designing intuitive, engaging, and visually polished user experiences for our software products. You will work closely with the design, development, and project management teams to shape and guide the creation of user interfaces across various projects. You should also be comfortable joining meetings and communicating directly with foreign (European) clients as part of the design and development process.

Job Description

Work closely with designers, developers, project managers, and clients to guide the development of user software interfaces across various products and technical specifications.

Interpret business and client needs, then translate them into effective UI/UX designs.

Integrate and implement updated standards in interaction design while staying informed about the latest trends in visual design.

Clearly and persuasively communicate complex and interactive design concepts during meetings with internal teams, upper management, and clients.

Create and maintain comprehensive user interface design guidelines (design systems) for all existing and upcoming products.

Develop mockups and prototypes to effectively illustrate both the functionality and visual direction of the product.

Prepare, package, and deliver all visual assets and design components to development teams for current and future product updates, ensuring timely handoff.

Translate UX concepts into refined interfaces that align with user interaction needs and design standards, using functional prototypes or other presentation methods.

Conduct user experience research and produce deliverables such as UX design recommendations, user journey maps, pain point analyses, and wireframes.

Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, present design solutions, and ensure the final interface aligns with their goals and expectations.

Requirements

Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.

A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX expertise and a wide range of design work.

Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other visual design or wireframing tools.

Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, micro-interactions, and prototyping methods.

Solid foundation in design fundamentals such as color theory, spacing, typography, visual hierarchy, padding, and grid systems.

Familiarity with design systems and their application at scale across multiple products.

Experience designing across platforms (Web, Android, and iOS).

Ability to create clear and logical flowcharts and user flows using various tools.

Excellent organizational skills, strong project management capabilities, and a collaborative mindset when working with diverse stakeholders.

Understanding of HTML and CSS, particularly in developing responsive and SEO-friendly web applications.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Exceptional English proficiency, both spoken and written, as the role requires frequent direct communication with clients with minimal supervision.

Willing to work onsite (WFO) in Sleman, Yogyakarta.
