KOL Affiliate

Responsibilities Manage KOLs for affiliate collaboration. Maintain strong KOL relationships and ensure clear guidelines are followed. Plan and execute affiliate campaigns aligned with KPIs and brand standards. Monitor KOL activities, posting timelines, and campaign execution. Track and analyze performance (GMV, traffic, engagement, sales). Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and improvement plans. Identify top KOLs and propose scaling strategies to boost results. Ensure all KOL activities support sales growth and brand visibility.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in any major. Experience in KOL/Influencer/Affiliate management is strongly preferred. Familiar with e-commerce affiliate platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, etc.). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Data-driven, target-oriented, and able to work under deadlines. Proactive, creative, and up-to-date with social media trends.
