Account Manager (Event)

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new event opportunities from companies, institutions, and brands.

Approach potential clients and introduce the company’s services.

Prepare proposals, participate in pitching/tenders, and build relationships to secure new projects.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly event acquisition targets.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, understand their needs, and develop as well as present event proposals/decks.

Prepare quotations and budgets, negotiate with vendors, maintain project profit margins, and handle project reporting and administration.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably Communication, Management, or Marketing).

At least 3 years of experience in Event Organizer / MICE / Agency, as an Account Executive or Account Manager.

Strong understanding of event workflows, budgeting, and vendor coordination.

Excellent communication, confidence, and presentation skills.

Strong multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.

Experienced in handling corporate clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Willing to work mobile and be on site during event execution.
