Job Description
As a
Community Team , you will be responsible to become lead and executing community building and brand activation initiatives by managing ambassador programs, driving cross-functional collaboration, and delivering measurable impact aligned with marketing and business objectives.
What will you do?
A. Community Building & Activation
Lead and manage community activation initiatives
(online & offline) to build Lemonilo’s loyal customer base.
Maintain and extend community ambassador programs
(influencers, micro-KOLs, loyal customers) to drive word-of-mouth and UGC (collaborating with Marketing Communication & Digital Marketing Division). Securing the community, both sport/health-related and mom with kids persona.
Plan, execute, and measure brand activation campaigns
in partnership with key stakeholders (e.g., fitness events, sports community, health talks, mom’s club).
B. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Brand, PR, Digital, Sales, and Supply Chain teams
to ensure partnership and community activities support overall marketing and business objectives.
Align activation initiatives with key campaigns
(product launches, seasonal campaigns, corporate PR events, etc).
C. Activity & Impact Measurement
Fulfilling KPIs for each activation and partnership
(reach, attendees, engagement, lead generation, brand uplift) → as agreed by Community Manager & Head of Marcomm.
Track and analyze impact , and optimize for continuous improvement (cost per acquisition in attendees, sales - if any).
What must be sourced from the candidate?
Community First Mindset:
Ability to build genuine relationships with community leaders, ambassadors, and end users. Not just transactional partnerships, but can be “friends” with the key person in their domain.
DOING EXERCISE/SPORT ACTIVITY REGULARLY!
- keeping in loop with current sport and community trends to keep Lemonilo's presence in the audience afloat. She/He must be in great shape as proof of fitness commitment.
Partnership Mapping:
Ability to identify and pursue high-impact partners who amplify the healthy lifestyle, such as gyms, tennis/padel courts, nutritionists, wellness apps, family communities, and mom/parenting groups.
Negotiation:
Skilled at structuring mutually beneficial deals where Lemonilo gets premium visibility and credibility in relevant spaces. Able to escalate the issue to the line manager if a problem occurs.
Trend Spotting:
Ability to spot emerging trends in health, fitness, and wellness—and quickly translate them into partnership or activation opportunities. This person should have a
“Social Butterfly”
attitude.
What are we looking for?
Have 3-5 years of experience
in community, partnerships, activation, or sponsorship roles—preferably in FMCG, health/wellness, lifestyle, or agency-side handling of community.
Show a proven track record
in delivering high-impact partnerships and brand activations with measurable results. Would be good if able to show a portfolio related to Lemonilo Target Audience.
Possess strong networks
within health, wellness, family, or lifestyle sectors.
Demonstrate creativity
and agility in activation design, able to pivot quickly and think outside the box.
Show excellent stakeholder management : confident in dealing with managerial levels, brand teams, and external collaborators.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (casual and formal) and English
for broader collaboration.
Values alignment
with passion for health, wellness, and Lemonilo’s mission (Menuju Generasi Hebat).
Bachelor's graduate from any major.
