Salary Budget : IDR 10.000.000 – IDR 13.000.000 (Gross)
Responsibilities
Proactive and capable of negotiating with customers, including price revisions, new parts proposals, and issue resolution
Route sales and new business development for specific clients in the construction machinery industry in JKT
Conduct market research, analysing customer needs and competitors, and reporting findings
Conduct weekly customer visits, build networks, deepen relationships with key decision-makers
Respond to requests, make proposals to customers
Manage quotation cases, increase opportunities, and report status to your supervisor to ensure activities lead to orders
Experienced in master data management, price adjustments and negotiations, as well as managing inventory, lead-times, and purchase order
Understanding and managing SAP B-1/WMS operations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in machinery spare parts industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Target-oriented with strong analytical ability
Excellent in Microsoft Office and SAP systems
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
Willing to travel as required
