Expansion & Field Operations Manager

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the expansion team strategy and deliver new stores based on targeted site. Support ARM for operational readiness, including LDU, POSM, display, and ensure full usage and accuracy of the Retail System (RMS). Assist ASM by managing allocation to key dealers, collaborating with distributor sales to push sell-through, achieve coverage, and monitor stock availability. Review and monitor the relationship with the DSM team, understand dealer needs, collect issues, and drive output to ASM. Support ASM to monitor field force manpower, provide achievement of manpower KPI and productivity. Assist ASM to monitor progress and improve day‑to‑day activities: weekly/monthly performance monitoring, report RSH problem/issue, develop forecast, review achievements, coaching process, and development activities.
