Qualifications

At least Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking from a reputable university.

Minimum 4 years of experience in a retail company or tax consulting office in the same position.

Knowledge of the latest tax practices and familiarity with local and international tax procedures, regulations, and e-SPT.

Ability to assess tax risk levels and prepare/implement tax plans.

Result- and detail-oriented with high accuracy, strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Quick to adapt, fast learner, meticulous, with high personal discipline and strong communication.

Good commitment, interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, self-motivated, open-minded, responsibilities-oriented.

Able to work with targets, in a fast-paced, under pressure, challenging environment.

Strong leadership and well-organized with excellent time management skills.
