Job Description
As a Export Solution Sales Representative for the international e-commerce platform www.alibaba.com, your responsibilities might include:
Develop new business opportunities and provide clients with a comprehensive set of export e-commerce solutions.
Utilize multiple channels to reach out to and engage with local exporters via calls (cold calls or follow-ups) and on-site visits to register them for www.alibaba.com services (membership registration, keyword search advertising, value-added services).
Analyze customer needs, summarize market & industry trends, and leverage knowledge of export trade & e-commerce to support clients in developing their online B2B export business.
Maintain strong client relationships with excellent customer service skills.
Job Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of sales experience in the local market.
Familiarity with the
sales process for SMEs or B2B , from lead generation to closing deals, with a proven track record in sales.
Preferably experienced in
international trade exhibitions, import-export process and e-commerce promotion.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency Chinese or English.
