Head of Finance

Our client is a fast growing financial technology company. Currently, they are looking for a Head of Finance to join their team in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities Financial Accounting and Compliance Management

Lead the daily accounting processing of the Group's Indonesia region and its subsidiaries strictly compliant with Indonesian Accounting Standards.

Be responsible for designing and optimising the payment, reimbursement, and fund approval processes and systems.

Accurately and timely complete the preparation and submission of financial statements.

Tax Planning and Declaration

Proficient in the management of various types of taxes in Indonesia.

Maintain good communication with Indonesian regulatory authorities.

Predict tax-related matters in advance for the business operations in the Indonesia region.

Internal Control and Financial Management

Coordinate in the development of internal control system.

Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the internal control design of various departments and business lines.

Fund Management and Financing

Monitor the compliance of fund management, investment, and financing activities.

Develop local financing channels in Indonesia.

Business Support and Cross-Departmental Collaboration

Participate in the evaluation of the accounting impact of new products and new businesses.

Participate in the review of major contracts and the design of business processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or other related majors.

Familiar with Indonesian SAK Accounting Standards and local fiscal and tax compliance supervision requirements.

At least 3 years of audit experience and 5 years of team management experience.

At least 3 years of work experience in related industries such as fintech and consumer finance.

Possess sharp risk insight, strong data analysis ability, and problem-solving ability.

Possess excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination ability and leadership.

Possess a strong sense of responsibility, a rigorous work attitude, and good pressure resistance.
