Responsibilities
Bertanggung jawab untuk mencapai sales target (volume) dan account booking sesuai yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan.
Membangun relasi dengan konsumen dan mengidentifikasi prospek revenue yang baru
Melakukan penjualan produk SME Moladin Finance kepada konsumen
Menjaga kualitas booking agar mencapai standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan
Requirements
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang SME atau Commercial Banking adalah wajib
Memiliki integritas tinggi, kemampuan kerjasama yang baik dan terbiasa bekerja dengan target penjualan
Memiliki komunikasi serta kemampuan negosiasi dan pemecahan masalah yang baik
Wajib memiliki kendaraan bermotor dan SIM C
Tidak memiliki catatan kriminalitas
