Overview

Selected participants will undergo a structured 6.5‑month development program combining intensive training and hands‑on field exposure in Sales & Promotion. Participants will be equipped with advanced supervisory, analytical, and leadership skills aligned with the company’s values and business strategies, while actively driving sales performance and leading field execution to prepare for future sales leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Participate in intensive training modules on sales strategy, market analysis, and customer relationship management.

Apply learning in field assignments to manage sales campaigns and promotions.

Develop and present performance reports to senior managers.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sales initiatives with corporate objectives.

Mentor junior team members and share best practices.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any major.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salesman, Sales Coordinator, or Team Leader in the FMCG industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Growth mindset, can‑do attitude, accountability, and integrity.

Possess a valid driving license (SIM C; SIM A is preferable).

Willing to be placed in all areas Indonesia.
