Your Skills & Experiences:
At least 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles, prior experience in the hospitality industry
Familiar with HR administrative processes such as attendance tracking, BPJS, employment contracts, and employee data management
Good communication skills, polite, and able to maintain confidentiality

Capability in working both as independence and collaboratively
Strong in delivering excellent service for guest satisfaction
Working in a fast pace environment
