MAINTENANCE PLANNER

Company Overview PT. Petrolindo Megah Perkasa is a national company founded in January 2014 with a focus on dewatering pump solutions since January 2018. It offers rental, sales, and service of mining grade pumps and has a fully equipped fabrication workshop and training facility.

Position: Maintenance Planner PT. Petrolindo Megah Perkasa is looking for a Professional Maintenance Planner to develop comprehensive project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and cost estimation.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and cost estimation.

Monitor project progress regularly and identify potential issues and solutions.

Coordinate with technical, construction, and stakeholder teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Analyze technical data and recommend improvements for efficiency and productivity.

Prepare progress reports and present them to senior management.

Ensure compliance with regulations, technical guidelines, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering.

Strong understanding of the dewatering slurry pump industry.

Certification in heavy equipment mechanical training from an Indonesian distributor.

Knowledge of parts ordering systems and ability to order parts based on a parts book.

Experience planning routine maintenance schedules for units, especially pumps.

Experience in designing Flow Process System Maintenance for heavy equipment.

Strong analytical and decision‑making skills based on data.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work in a team.

Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the dewatering slurry pump sector.

Willingness to be assigned to Samarinda and all PT Petrolindo Megah Perkasa sites.
