Role Overview You will be responsible for designing static and motion creatives for organic and paid campaigns. You will work closely with content, performance marketing, and account management to deliver assets with correct sizes, formats, and conversion-driven structure.

Core Responsibilities and Deliverables: Graphic and Motion Design Specialist The successful candidate will serve as a key creative force, assuming full responsibility for the conceptualization, design, and production of compelling static and motion graphic assets. These deliverables are central to driving engagement and conversion across the company's various digital channels, supporting both organic reach strategies and targeted paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities Design static posts, carousels, and ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Display, and landing pages. Create quick motion pieces (GIFs/short animations) to improve performance of ads and social posts. Translate content briefs into visual concepts, layouts, and final deliverables. Produce deliverables in multiple formats and sizes, following platform specifications. Maintain brand consistency across multiple clients using brand guideline references. Collaborate with copywriters and digital marketers to ensure message match between copy and creative. Maintain a clean workflow: file naming, versioning, and export discipline proper handover of assets and editables Participate in daily and weekly planning and improvement cycles: interpret performance insights and propose creative improvements Own creative direction per account (hooks, formats, campaign angles) Translate performance insights into creative iteration plan (2 tests per month per key account) Build and maintain brand template systems per client (Figma/Canva component library)”

Tools & Environment Figma Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator After Effects (or equivalent motion tool) Canva CapCut / simple motion tools (optional) Jira (task tracking) and Confluence (documentation) Google Drive (versioning and evidence)

Requirements 2 – 4 years of design experience (agency experience preferred) Strong portfolio demonstrating: static social posts and ads motion/GIF/short animations Strong understanding of layout, typography, and brand systems Ability to execute quickly with quality and handle multiple brands Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating fast Reliable communication and deadline discipline

Good To Have: Experience designing for healthcare or education brands Experience with basic video editing and sound Understanding of conversion-driven creative (hooks, call-to-action placement) Basic prompt usage for ideation and creative variation (AI-first mindset)

What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days): Delivers consistent weekly creative output across assigned accounts with minimal rework. Builds a reusable library of templates per client (within brand constraints). Produces at least 10–15 motion creatives that are usable in ads and social. Demonstrates improvement in ad creative quality and engagement outcomes through iteration. Reduce revision cycles to ≤2 rounds for 90% of assets Deliver 20 assets/week with 95% on-time delivery” Produce at least 2 paid ad creative variations per campaign per week Increase creative testing velocity across key accounts (documented weekly)
