Associate, Client Services Operation

Job Description - Associate, Client Services Operation (WD80038) Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional client service and support to internal and external clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner

Assist with the processing and resolution of client inquiries, requests, and complaints, escalating complex issues as necessary

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the overall client experience

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to client interactions and service delivery

Contribute to the development and implementation of client service strategies and initiatives

Participate in training and development programs to continuously enhance your knowledge and skills

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently

Proficient in using relevant software and technology tools to support client service delivery

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of shared goals

Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
