Serve as the SAP key user for Logistics, with strong hands-on involvement in SAP modules related to supply chain, warehouse, and distribution operations. Lead

SAP project design and implementation, including process mapping, system configuration alignment, testing (UAT), go-live preparation, and post-implementation

support . Analyze

existing logistics and operational processes, define future-state SAP processes, and assess the business and operational impact of system changes. Act as the main liaison between local operations in Indonesia and regional and global SAP teams, ensuring alignment with global templates while accommodating local requirements. Translate business requirements into clear system specifications and communicate SAP capabilities and constraints back to operational teams. Support

change management by guiding users through new SAP processes, identifying gaps, and recommending continuous system improvements. Monitor SAP performance in logistics operations and proactively propose enhancements to improve efficiency, visibility, compliance, and service levels. Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for the Logistics Manager, including project progress, risks, and system performance insights. The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Strong hands-on experience as an SAP key user within logistics and supply chain operations Solid

understanding

of end-to-end logistics processes, including warehousing, inventory, and distribution Proven experience working with regional and global SAP teams on system implementation or optimization projects Ability to design, test, and implement SAP processes, and assess the business impact of system changes Strong

analytical

and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate operational needs into system solutions Effective communication skills to work with both technical SAP specialists and operational teams Experience in multinational or structured corporate environments with standardized systems and processes What's on Offer
