Sales & Marketing Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Commercial roles, with at least 3 years managing multi-unit retail or F&B operations.

Strong background in multi-store F&B chain, FMCG retail, or QSR industry is highly preferred.

Proven ability to stabilize and improve store performance, not only manage campaigns.

Strong marketing instinct with good understanding of promotions, customer behavior, and market trends.

Comfortable working with sales dashboards, POS analytics, CRM tools, and performance reports.

Able to translate data insights into practical commercial actions in store environments.

Hands‑on leader who balances analytical thinking with strong field execution.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Familiar with CRM tools, sales dashboards, and digital sales channels (e‑commerce, delivery apps)

Responsibilities

Set clear sales targets and maintain stable performance across all stores and channels.

Drive sustainable growth through data‑driven commercial initiatives.

Monitor and analyze store KPIs (traffic, conversion, ATV, product mix, promotion performance).

Identify performance gaps from dashboards and translate insights into practical in‑store actions.

Work closely with the Operations team to improve promotion execution, upselling, and customer experience.

Develop sales and marketing initiatives based on market trends, customer behavior, and commercial intuition.

Lead testing and optimization of promotions, bundling, pricing, and merchandising strategies.

Strengthen existing channels (offline retail, delivery platforms, B2B) and explore new profitable opportunities.

Provide clear weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, BI, and R&D teams to ensure strong execution in stores.

Conduct regular store visits to validate data insights and support implementation.
