Business Controller - Technology

About the Company

Our client is a reputable company operating in the

technology infrastructure , with nationwide operations and a diversified business structure. The organization manages multiple business units and the Business Controller will play a key role within the finance function, supporting financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis across designated business units.

Key Responsibilities

Review Performance Management Report and variance analysis (realization vs budget vs forecast vs previous month vs previous year)

Support the annual budgeting, rolling forecast, and periodic financial planning processes

Analyze companys business process in all departments to optimize business efficiency and continuous improvement

Prepare regular management reports, performance dashboards, and analytical presentations for finance and business leaders.

Act as a finance partner to key internal stakeholders, including

Commercial, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing

teams.

Analyze cost structures, margins, and key performance indicators to support operational and commercial decisions.

Develop and maintain Excel-based financial models, planning templates, and reporting tools.

Support ad-hoc financial analysis and management requests as required.

Requirements

Min.7 years of relevant experience

in Business Controlling, FP&A, or Management Accounting.

Experience within

consumer goods, retail, distribution, or lifestyle-related industries

is highly preferred.

Strong proficiency in

Microsoft Excel ; exposure to reporting or planning tools, and speak

fluent English .

Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Willingness to work

fully onsite

in Jakarta.
