Job Description As Engineering Manager, you will lead the overall engineering function to ensure operational excellence, asset reliability, and long-term sustainability of plant operations. This role is responsible for driving technical strategy, optimizing maintenance systems, managing capital expenditure, and ensuring all production-supporting utilities and equipment operate at peak efficiency in alignment with business objectives.

You will act as a strategic partner to Operations, Production, and Leadership Teams in delivering continuous improvement, cost optimization, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership to the Engineering team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement. Develop and execute short- and long-term technical strategies, including CAPEX planning, budgeting, and infrastructure development. Oversee the performance and reliability of all production-supporting equipment and utility systems (HVAC, Boiler, Genset, WTP, WWTP, and related systems). Establish and monitor key engineering performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring optimal machine uptime, cost control, and operational efficiency. Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance asset lifecycle management and minimize downtime. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure engineering projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company objectives. Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field). A Master’s degree is an advantage. Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in Engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role within a manufacturing environment. Strong technical expertise in industrial utilities and maintenance systems (HVAC, Boiler, Genset, etc.). Proven experience in strategic planning, budget management, and capital project execution. Demonstrated leadership capability with strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
