Operations Manager F&B (Korean Brand)

Adecco Indonesia is currently assisting a

new F&B brand from Korea

that is expanding into Indonesia and is seeking an

Operations Manager

to oversee their newly opened store in Jakarta.

Responsibilities: Manage daily operations to ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness Drive revenue performance, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management Monitor and evaluate operational performance across outlets and implement improvements Lead, train, and develop restaurant teams to achieve operational excellence Build strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement activities

Requirements: Minimum

3–5 years of experience

in the same or similar role Experience managing

multi-outlet or multi-brand operations

in the restaurant, lifestyle, retail, or hotel industry Strong knowledge of and passion for

Food & Beverage Fluent in English

(mandatory) and Korean (would be an advantage) Strong leadership and people management skills Good financial and business acumen Strong strategic thinking, planning, and organizational skills Proficient in

Microsoft Excel

and presentation tools
