Position: IT Infra Network Company: Citra Komunikasi Utama Location: Jakarta, Indonesia Reports To: Head of Product Solution

What You’ll Do Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Cloud SIM-based or cloud-managed routers. Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN). Monitor network performance and ensure connection availability and stability. Implement and manage network security (firewall, VPN, access control, WAF, ELB). Manage cloud infrastructure security (Network Security Groups, firewall rules, routing). Integrate on-premise networks with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, Huawei). Document network configurations and topologies. Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and Security teams to ensure optimal system performance.

Requirements Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN). Familiar with network devices (Cisco, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, etc.). Understanding of Windows and Linux environments. Good troubleshooting and communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of experience is a plus. Basic certifications (CCNA, MTCNA, CompTIA Network+) are an advantage.
