Key Responsibilities

Perform the end-to-end recruitment process, such as creating job advertisements, shortlisting potential candidates, inviting candidates, giving psychological assessments and interviewing candidates. Make a report about the psychological test and interview results (psychogram). Responsible for organizing and supervising the recruitment working plan, especially in sourcing strategies for certain positions. Maintain employer branding campaigns. Control the administration and report of the Talent Acquisition Department. Carry out all policies, instructions, tasks and directions established by the leader in the future. Requirements

Minimum Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Psychology (only Psychology graduates will be reviewed) from a reputable university. At least 1 year(s) of working experience as a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Staff/Officer/Specialist level. Have experience in a property developer company will be a plus. Have experience in maintaining Manpower Planning & Recruitment Annual Reporting. Have deep knowledge in HRIS systems usage. Have experience handling employer branding, such as social media, campus hiring, etc. Have deep knowledge in sourcing strategies for any position level is a must. Excellent in personal communication for penetrating passive candidates. Possess strong working motivation and be able to work under tight deadlines. Placement: ASG Tower, Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK)
