Operations Manager
Join a growing hospitality company as an Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing operational strategies, ensuring quality standards, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
Design and oversee operational strategies to support the company's business objectives.
Ensure the smooth running of operational processes, from production and logistics to customer service, in accordance with quality standards.
Develop and oversee operational budgets to ensure cost efficiency and prevent waste.
Monitor and analyze business performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) for decision-making.
Serve as a liaison between the operational team and top management to ensure the effective implementation of the company's vision and policies.
Manage vendor relationships, ensure service quality, and address emerging operational challenges.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all operational areas.
Analyze daily operational data, including production cycle times, product defect rates, and customer service levels for continuous improvement.
Manage operational risk management, such as handling machine breakdowns, raw material supply disruptions, or occupational safety issues.
Develop, propose, and disseminate departmental policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with applicable regulations.
Submit and ensure the use of the department's annual budget in accordance with applicable regulations.
Communicate effectively with the team, direct supervisor, and other departments.
Regularly report to superiors on weekly and monthly activity planning, progress, and results.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Management or equivalent from reputable university.
At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related position
Having experience in Food & Beverage Industry. Preferably from catering/start up company.
Having knowledge of Food Safety Management System (GMP & HACCP), Cost Controlling, Project and Vendor Management
Good management, leadership and problem solving skills.
Good interpersonal skills (adaptive, initiative).
Ability to work in a fast moving environment company
