Sourcing Analyst

to support end-to-end

Sourcing-to-Contract (S2C)

activities for MRO and CAPEX categories that keep our manufacturing operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: Execute sourcing activities (RFQ/RFP, bid evaluation, supplier coordination). Support procurement of MRO spare parts, services, and plant consumables. Assist CAPEX sourcing for equipment, upgrades, and projects. Perform price analysis, cost comparison, and savings tracking. Maintain supplier database, contracts, and procurement documentation. Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations teams to ensure timely material availability.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field. Minimum

1 year of experience

in procurement/purchasing (manufacturing or FMCG preferred). Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel. Good communication and ability to work cross-functionally. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus. Willing to be placed in Bandung.
