FACTORY HEAD

Job Description: Plan, organize, direct and coordinate daily operations of wood manufacturing plant (PPIC, Production, Maintenance and QA) Oversee overall production activities to ensure quality and efficiency targets are met Responsible for wood production output, product quality and on-time shipping Manage plant financials such as budgets, purchasing, capital, etc. to meet/exceed business expectations. Responsible for implementing a cost-effective preventative maintenance program to maintain production equipment in an efficient, safe operating, manner. Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets Leads new initiatives as assigned, includes productivity, efficiency and certification compliance

Job Qualification: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering with 10 years proven experience working in wood working plant or feed mill Experience in handling plant commissioning is a must. Have knowledge & troubleshooting for production machinery Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and technology Willing to be placed in Central Java area
