Interior Fit‑Out Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

Coordinate interior fit‑out projects from planning to completion

Liaise with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

Track project schedules, materials, and documentation

Assist with procurement, deliveries, and site coordination

Prepare reports, drawings, and project records

About the Company Started in 1980, PT. Indo Mitra Pratama specializes and undertakes mainly commercial interior projects for hotels, resorts, offices, retail outlets, restaurants, food court, and clubs.

Our factory is located in a suburb area of Jakarta, equipped with the latest machineries to produce high quality furnitures.

We currently employ about six hundred workers including woodworking operators, carpenters, workers, wood carvers, mechanical engineering & civil workers, designers, supervisors, and project managers with excellent expertise.

We take pride in all our works and provide high level efficiency and prompt service. This can be achieved through our strong project teams and experienced project managers who do not only manage the projects well but also constantly look into the requirements from our clients. All of our staff have been trained on the understanding of design details which allow us to interpret the exact direction of the design and concept to achieve the desired result with no compromise on quality.
