Currently, we are in the process of establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency, Central Java, which is engaged in the sportsshoeindustry

Requirements

Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK).

Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Fresh graduates are welcome.

Good communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Descriptions

Act as a communication bridge between Chinese/Taiwanese management and local factory teams.

Translate verbal and written communications, including SOPs, work instructions, technical documents, and production reports, from Mandarin to English/Indonesian and vice versa.

Support and coordinate daily production activities across shoe manufacturing processes.

Coordinate cross‑functional communication to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.

Assist management during production meetings, audits, trials, and improvement projects.
