Import Officer

D3/S1 in Accounting; Customs Expert certification or Brevet Tax certification is a plus.

Strong knowledge of export–import accounting, customs regulations, licensing, reporting, and international taxation.

Proficient in ERP/accounting systems and experienced with Exim documents (invoice, packing list, BL, LC, etc.).

Detail-oriented with strong analytical, cost analysis, and risk assessment skills; disciplined with deadlines and administrative accuracy.

Excellent communication skills, including correspondence with international partners.

Active English proficiency; Mandarin or Japanese is an advantage.

Experienced in the importation of electronic goods.

Holds a Customs Expert Certificate (Sertifikat Ahli Kepabeanan).

Registered as a Customs Brokerage Service Provider (PPJK – Pengusaha Pengurusan Jasa Kepabeanan).

Key Responsibilities

Prepare budgeting plans for export and import expenditures.

Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and international tax requirements.

Support the Exim team in preparing export–import documentation according to standards.

Calculate logistics, freight, and insurance costs for international transactions.
