FazWaz Bali is built as an investment consultancy, not a traditional brokerage. We focus on advising serious investors on villas, apartments, land and off plan projects with a strong emphasis on legality, structure and long term value.

The role To lead, coach, and manage the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by improving agent productivity, strengthening sales execution, and maximizing conversion across the property pipeline.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead, manage, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets

Monitor sales goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for Sales Agents

Conduct regular sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and oneโ€‘onโ€‘one coaching sessions

Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions or training plans

Monitor daily sales activities, pipelines, and deal progression

Ensure smooth execution of the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing

Support agents in negotiations and deal closures, especially for highโ€‘value transactions

Support complex client cases and key accounts when required

Ensure professional handling of buyers, investors, and stakeholders

Maintain high standards of customer experience and service delivery

Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates and sales documentation

Provide market insights and feedback to management to support business decisions

Recommend improvements to sales processes, scripts, and qualification frameworks

Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior

What We Expect From You

Proven experience as a Sales Manager professional

Proven experience in real estate, investment sales or high ticket sales

Strong communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus

Discipline, consistency and hunger to perform at a high level

Professional attitude, accountability and strong follow up habits

Willingness to learn, improve and operate within a structured system
