Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies; achieve targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach. Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team; oversee office operations. Monitor performance, provide guidance, and implement departmental policies. Requirements Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years in Sales & Marketing (EPC/ Construction/ Steel industry preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficient in CRM tools & Microsoft Office; Fluent in English.
